"Pretty handy for connecting from transit"
I mostly use Mobi to get from the SkyTrain to work and, it’s been really convenient. The stations are usually close enough that I don’t have to think about it too much, and the app is simple to use. I do run into full docks near transit sometimes, which is annoying... especially when I’m in a rush. But overall, it’s made my commute a lot easier.

This was super easy to figure out as a tourist, which I really appreciated—getting around a new place can be confusing enough, honestly. The staff were really helpful too and made the whole experience a lot smoother

"Got the help I needed"
They did end up answering my question, and the response was helpful once it came through. It just took a little longer than I expected, and I had to follow up a couple of times. Overall, not a bad experience, but the wait could’ve been better.

"Basket helps with my errands stuff"
This cargo basket has been handy for me. I can fit my groceries in it without doing the whole awkward carrying-too-much thing, so errands feel easier, which is nice.

"Handy app, but the instructions could be clearer"
I've used the mobibikes app a few times now, and it works well most of the time. Finding a bike and unlocking it is simple enough, which I appreciate. The map does take a little while to update sometimes, but it hasn’t been too frustrating. I just wish the app gave clearer instructions in a few places, especially when you're trying to figure things out quickly. Overall, it’s still a handy app.

"Good for quick rides, but keep an eye on the time"
I use Mobi here and there for short trips, and overall it’s been a solid experience. The bikes are usually easy to find, and unlocking them is straightforward. I think other customers would probably feel the same way if they’re just using it for quick rides around town. The only thing to watch is the ride time limit, especially if you’re going a bit farther or need to stop for a minute. I had to dock and restart once, which wasn’t a huge problem, but it was a little annoying. Still, for quick trips it works well. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Setup was okay, but I got a little unsure"
Getting my account set up on Mobi Bikes was mostly fine, I think, but a few parts felt kind of unclear to me. I had to go back and check my email a couple of times, and after adding my payment info I wasn’t totally sure if I was done or if there was another step. I did get in eventually, so it worked, but the whole onboarding process could probably be a bit more straightforward...

"Does fine on little hills, but not the steep stuff"
It handles smaller hills well, but once the incline gets steeper... yeah, it definitely starts to struggle. Not terrible, just not amazing either!

"Good bikes, fewer car trips"
I’ve been using these bikes more lately and it just feels better than hopping in the car for every little thing. Short errands are easier, parking isn’t a whole thing, and I guess it just makes the day feel a bit less... I don’t know, stressful maybe...

"Felt safe getting around town"
I’ve been really happy with the bike so far. It feels solid when I’m riding, and the brakes work well, which makes a big difference in traffic. I also really like the lights, they made me feel a lot safer riding home after work. Definitely feels like a good choice for getting around town.

"Helmets were actually available"
Ordered from mobibikes.ca since they actually had helmets in stock when a few other shops didn’t. My size was there, checkout was easy, and it arrived when expected.
Fit’s good, packing was fine. Nothing fancy, just glad I got one fast without dealing with backorder stuff. I’d use them again.

Most of the docks lock the bike without any issue, and the app usually updates fast enough for me. I did have one station where it didn’t register right away, which made me wonder if the dock was having a weak connection or something, but it sorted itself out after about a minute. Overall, it’s been solid, just not perfect every single time

"Super comfy for everyday rides..."
I’ve been riding my bike from mobibikes.ca for a few weeks now, and honestly... it’s been really comfortable. The seat doesn’t bother me even on longer rides, and the way I sit on it feels easy on my back. I mostly use it for getting around town, and it just feels smooth, relaxed, and not tiring. So far... I’m really happy with it.

"Needs More Stations"
It’s a decent service overall, but there just aren’t enough stations available when you actually need one. I’ve had to go out of my way a few times, which gets frustrating. Also, the reminders can be a little too aggressive, like, I get it, you don’t need to keep pinging me over and over. If they added more stations and toned down the notifications, it would be a much better experience

I was almost disappointed by how easy it was. Every time I needed a bike, there was one nearby, ready to go, with zero drama. How dare a service just work like it’s supposed to?

"Decent service, but the hours were frustrating"
The service itself was fine, which I appreciated, but the limited hours threw me off a bit. I was annoyed at first because I needed help that day and ended up having to wait until the next day. Once I did get help, it was okay, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just felt a little inconvenient for my schedule.

I signed up mostly because the price seemed reasonable, especially compared to paying for transit every time I needed to make a quick short trip.

Umm, after using it for a while, I’d say the membership has definitely been worth it for me. I ride Mobi a few times a week, and it ends up being way cheaper than paying per ride or calling a rideshare.

Not every bike is in perfect shape, but for the price, I really can’t complain. It’s easy enough to use, and if you ride even a little bit, the value is solid.

I use mobibikes most mornings to get downtown, i’m still kind of confused why I didn’t start using them sooner. It saves me from standing around waiting for the bus, and the bikes are usually right where I need them. Super handy for my commute.

I got my bike from Mobi Bikes i’m really happy with it so far. I had a good feeling about it when I ordered, and I’m glad I trusted my gut. It’s lighter than I thought it would be, which makes carrying it up the stairs way less annoying. The ride feels smooth too, especially around tighter turns. I don’t really have much to complain about. It’s been a solid everyday bike for me
